Personal Training -Semi Private

metXcon - Metabolic Cross Conditioning (group training w/ up to 12 people in class)

Individual program designed specifically for you and your goals

3 training sessions with your coach per week

4 or less clients training in studio at the same time.

This is a fun, challenging, small-group training program that guarantees to get you in the best shape of your life!  Each conditioning session will challenge you and maximize your results by systematically training your body to burn more calories and build lean muscle.   

Class times:

M - F 6:30am, 9:30am, 11:30am

M - Th 4:30pm & 5:30

Maximum results - minimum time!

Workout in a private setting one on one with you coach! Training 2 or 3 times per week with your coach will get you the results you want as fast and safe as possible! This is a great option for those that need schedule flexibility or those needing/wanting extra attention!

New to fitness? Not sure where to start? Wanting to get back on track?

We have designed our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals course just for you! First you meet with your coach to discuss goals, assess current fitness and any limitations you might have. Then, you work with your coach 2 times per week for the next 4 weeks going through the course - Yes, 12 training sessions with your coach making sure you not only see results but to make sure you learn what it takes to succeed!


Our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals Course includes 9 sessions with your coach building the foundation  to the best you possible!
