Then, you will schedule 3 training sessions a week for the next 4 weeks - Yes, 12 training sessions with your coach making sure you reach your goals!
Our 28 Day Fitness Fundamentals is only $249 and includes 13 sessions with your coach and your nutrition programming for 4 weeks!
